These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the website croizat.com.

We sell:

  • Artistic objects

  • Sculptures

  • Unique pieces

  • Artist commissions (custom works)

All artworks are produced in limited editions or as unique pieces. Availability is subject to stock and artistic production constraints.

Prices

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or force majeure.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported payment providers.

Production and Shipping

Artworks are shipped within a maximum of 14 days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Artist Commissions

Custom or commissioned artworks are created according to individual agreements and specifications. These works are considered personalized and unique.
