Refund policy

In accordance with applicable regulations, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

- The artwork, certificate and packaging must be returned unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.

- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

- The customer is responsible for the safe return of the artwork and certificate.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

Exclusions

The following items are non-refundable:

- Unique pieces

- Artist commissions

- Custom-made or personalized artworks

Due to their exclusive and personalized nature, these items cannot be returned or refunded.
