However, tools to access this site (laptops, tablets, mobiles, telecommunication devices, etc.) and internet fees are the owner's responsibility. Olivier Croizat is entitled to modify the terms and conditions of this website whenever he wishes. The last version of the terms and conditions is applicable to any internet user.

This website has been designed by Olivier Croizat and FoxEcom, published by Shopify, and hosted by the OVH Society, organisation of Simplified Bonds, generating €10.000.000 matriculated in RCS Roubaix de Tourcoing, APE code 6202A. All artworks and design services are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be contractual. Many items are limited editions or handmade and subject to availability. Please contact us via our contact page for more details.
PRICES & TAXES
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable, in accordance with EU regulations.
For customers outside the European Union, local customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
ORDERS
An order is confirmed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or use of automated purchasing systems (bots).
PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of ordering via secure payment options such as credit card or other options offered by Shopify. No order will be processed without confirmation of payment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 14 business days unless otherwise stated. International orders may be delayed due to customs clearance processes. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate. The seller is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges, or any problems that may happens because of shipping companies. In this case, please contact the shipper directly.
International delivery is limited to a curated list of countries, selected for reliability and customs clearance. Please contact us for any other destination.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), EU-based consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from receipt, except in the case of:
- Custom-made or personalised goods; Like special artistic orders.
- Goods that by their nature cannot be returned (e.g. digital downloads).
Returned items must be unused, unopened in some cases even, in original packaging and in resellable condition. Return costs are borne by the customer. Contact us via our contact page for more informations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and only apply to items that are unopened, unused, and in perfect resellable condition. Items that are returned late, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Special orders, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
For customers based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the statutory right of withdrawal applies: you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, except in the case of personalized or made-to-order items. To exercise this right, please contact us prior to returning any item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If an item is damaged upon arrival, the buyer must notify us within 30 days, including clear photographs of the damage and the original packaging.
In case of loss, the customer must first contact the shipping carrier. If unresolved, please contact us via our contact page.
Please note that even in the event of damage or theft, a numbered work will not be reproduced under any circumstances. Each serial number or edition number is unique in the world, and the fate of each work, however unfortunate, will be final. This is both to honour our word, our work and our collectors, and to preserve the value of each piece. To this end, you must keep your certificate of authenticity and the associated work intact, by any means necessary. We accept no responsibility once the transfer of ownership has taken place.
